Edwin, the founder of Queen Victoria Cake Square, is a French cake master. He has been immersed in a six-star hotel for a long time. We believe cakes and desserts are not only desserts after dinner or party, but also represent the attitude and enthusiasm of the chef. Queen Victoria's Cake Shop focuses on improving service and delivery, and plans to open more stores within the next one to two years. 为何名为维多利亚女王蛋糕坊?维多利亚象征着胜利,对创办人Edwin来说,也象征着他的【女王】即妻子Chloe的伟大付出。Chloe在创业过程中扮演着非常重要的角色,原是一名美容师的她,每日清晨6时带着4岁大的儿子出门送货,把法式甜点送往大大小小的咖啡馆售卖,四处奔波后,再继续赶到美容院上班。
‘如果没有女王的热忱及努力,再怎么好吃的甜点都没办法让客人品尝’。每一位女士都是女王,从生儿育女到兼顾家庭和工作,伟大地付出所有,这就是维多利亚女王蛋糕坊诞生的意义。
维多利亚女王蛋糕坊创办人Edwin拜师法国蛋糕师傅,在过去长期受到六星级酒店熏陶下,他坚持使用健康及新鲜蔬果,来制作每一块蛋糕。凭着初心及坚持,他也在各大赛事里脱颖而出,斩获大大小小的奖项。
我们的使命
蛋糕不只是要好看,也要好吃!对于Edwin来说,蛋糕外形再漂亮,如果不能入口,就只能成为一件‘摆设品’。维多利亚女王蛋糕坊向来以蛋糕‘好看又好吃’为出发点,尽力满足大众的味蕾,因为蛋糕及甜点不仅仅是饭后或派对是的甜点,更代表着厨师的态度及热忱。‘对于蛋糕师傅来说,它更像一件艺术品,由蛋糕师傅赋予它生命,带给大家欢乐’。

维多利亚女王蛋糕坊放眼提升服务和配送,并在计划未来的1至2两年内,开设更多分店。店家希望消费者无论身在何处,都能享有到精致美味的蛋糕及甜点,享有【女王】般的高贵享受,通过我们的努力,让大家感受满满的诚意。
